Ander Herrera refuses to sugar-coat Paul Pogba’s Man United struggles in frank assessment

Former Manchester United midfielder Ander Herrera provided a frank assessment of Paul Pogba's struggles at Old Trafford during an interview with El Camino. Herrera praised Pogba's immense talent as a unique player who had everything required to succeed. However, he admitted that Pogba failed to fulfill expectations of winning the Ballon d'Or, noting a known lack of connection with former manager Jose Mourinho.

Herrera also recounted an altercation involving Zlatan Ibrahimovic, revealing the striker once confronted him and Juan Mata for not passing the ball. Herrera explained they hesitated to pass because Ibrahimovic had missed three clear opportunities during that match, though he praised Ibrahimovic's overall work ethic and professionalism.
