Ryan Pulock is the latest NY Islanders player to go down with an injury…

The New York Islanders are dealing with a wave of injuries just 14 games into the season, with defenseman Ryan Pulock becoming the latest casualty. After taking a knock against the Minnesota Wild, Pulock sat out a 4-0 loss to the Edmonton Oilers, prompting the team to call up Isaiah George from the Hamilton Hammers.
Pulock joins a growing injury list that includes Alexander Romanov, who is out for the season with a torn ACL, and Mat Barzal, who remains sidelined with knee complications. Matis Maccelli has resumed skating following an injury, while Cal Ritchie remains out without skating.
