Despite South Africa's Simon Harmer putting Cam Green in a spin on Saturday, Andrew McDonald is confident he can score runs in India this summer…

Australia coach Andrew McDonald insists Cameron Green's struggles against spin in Cape Town are not a concern ahead of the upcoming tour of India. Green was dismissed by South African off-spinner Simon Harmer during Australia's collapse to 111 all out on day five. Despite Green facing significant difficulties against Harmer, McDonald voiced strong confidence in the all-rounder's technique and adaptability.
McDonald highlighted Green's reach, sweeping ability, and footwork, recalling his past success on subcontinent pitches, including a century in Ahmedabad and 77 in Galle. The coach noted that the match situation in Cape Town forced Green into a defensive mindset rather than his usual rhythm.
