Services fast bowler Jayant Goyat registered his maiden five-wicket haul on Day 3 of the Ranji Trophy match against Delhi at the Air Force Complex Ground in Palam. Services head coach AP Singh praised Goyat's disciplined bowling and positive attitude in the dressing room.
Hailing from Bhiwani, Haryana, Goyat joined the Air Force via the Agniveer scheme and was previously on standby for India's 2024 Under-19 World Cup squad. His father, Dr. Wazir Singh Goyat, was once part of Haryana's squad during Kapil Dev's final season.
