Inbox: Evan Williams has made some of the biggest plays this season

In his Packers.com Inbox column, Wes Hodkiewicz highlights safety Evan Williams as a standout contributor who has delivered crucial plays for the 5-3 Green Bay Packers. Hodkiewicz praises Williams' rapid progression from a Day 3 draft pick to a franchise pillar, crediting his growth alongside key performances from Jordan Love, Christian Watson, and Xavier McKinney at the midway point of the season.

Hodkiewicz also addresses the defense's overall execution under coordinator Jonathan Gannon, emphasizing that the unit is thriving on trust and real-time scheme application. He notes that Green Bay does not need to rush injured edge rusher Micah Parsons back into action immediately, while head coach Matt LaFleur confirmed the organization expects to move forward with running back Josh Jacobs amid an ongoing league investigation.
