Derrick Henry could be a Giants trade option for John Harbaugh, but the Ravens have not said the veteran back is available.

Alexander Wilson of Empire Sports Media argues that the New York Giants should inquire about trading for Baltimore Ravens running back Derrick Henry rather than overpaying for other options like Jonathan Taylor. The discussion follows NBC Sports' Mike Florio suggesting Henry as a potential target for New York after Giants running back Tyrone Tracy Jr. was placed on injured reserve.
Wilson stresses that the Giants should only pursue Henry with strict limits on draft compensation and salary obligations. Through eight games this season, the 32-year-old Henry has recorded 632 rushing yards and eight touchdowns, while holding a non-guaranteed $12 million salary for 2027.
