Cleveland Cavaliers center Jarrett Allen suffered a right knee injury during a 124-116 road loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder. Allen exited late in the first quarter after a knee-to-knee collision with Thunder guard Jared McCain while setting a screen. He did not return after being ruled doubtful at halftime, though he stated postgame that he was feeling alright ahead of further evaluations.
The setback adds to growing roster concerns for head coach Kenny Atkinson, as guard Tyrese Proctor also departed in the fourth quarter with an ankle injury. With Peyton Watson and Jaylon Tyson already sidelined, Cleveland faces a thinned rotation as Allen awaits formal MRI results to determine the severity of his injury.
