Three Lions starters miss practice on Thursday due to injuries, as Jack Campbell continues to recover at the hospital…

Three Detroit Lions starters missed Thursday's practice following injuries sustained during their recent win over the Minnesota Vikings. Offensive lineman Cade Mays, edge rusher DJ Wonnum, and cornerback D.J. Reed were all absent as the team prepares to face the Miami Dolphins. Linebacker Jack Campbell also remains out as he continues to recover in the hospital from a severe neck injury suffered last Sunday.
Mays is sidelined by an ankle issue, Wonnum is currently navigating the NFL's concussion protocol, and Reed is managing a hip ailment. Despite these absences, Lions wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown, safety Brian Branch, and safety Kerby Joseph were all present at practice as head coach Dan Campbell prepares his 5-2 squad for Week 9.
