Sunderland are back in Premier League action against Chelsea on Sunday…

Sunderland head coach Régis Le Bris has confirmed that Nordi Mukiele is expected to return for Sunday's Premier League clash against Chelsea. Mukiele missed action following a concussion sustained against Leeds United, but Le Bris expressed hope that the defender will be available to start at the Stadium of Light.
Le Bris also noted that Thomas Meunier is in contention after his planned half-time withdrawal against Dinamo Zagreb to manage workload. Defender Omar Alderete remains suspended following a red card against Coventry City, but Sunderland suffered no new injuries during Thursday's European fixture.
