The TN coach feels the gap could disrupt the team’s momentum but provides a chance to plug a few holes; skipper Sai Kishore happy with seamers’ performance…
Tamil Nadu head coach Yo Mahesh views the two-month Ranji Trophy break as both a momentum challenge and an opportunity to improve. Speaking after his team's victory over Chandigarh, Mahesh noted that the hiatus allows the squad to regroup and gives frontline bowlers valuable rest before the red-ball tournament resumes in January.
Mahesh highlighted opening partnerships and batting conversions as key areas needing work, despite recent centuries from Pradosh. Meanwhile, captain R. Sai Kishore praised the fast bowlers for taking seven first-innings wickets against Chandigarh and lauded S. Ajith Ram for his maiden First Class century.
