Newcastle United and Crystal Palace have emerged as potential suitors for RB Leipzig star Antonio Nusa.
Newcastle United and Crystal Palace are among the clubs targeting a permanent move for RB Leipzig forward Antonio Nusa, according to a report from BILD. The 21-year-old Norwegian international has reportedly also attracted interest from Arsenal, Liverpool, Tottenham Hotspur, and Aston Villa. RB Leipzig is expected to demand around €80m (£67m) to sanction a transfer following the winger's impressive form.
Nusa has tallied 14 goal contributions across 15 matches for RB Leipzig this season and created nine big chances in the Bundesliga. Newcastle manager Matthias Jaissle is seeking attacking reinforcements as the Magpies sit 11th in the Premier League table, having struggled for goals following summer departures and recent inconsistent form from Matias Fernandez-Pardo and Yoane Wissa.
