The Charlotte Hornets announced significant injury setbacks for Kon Knueppel and Dennis Schroder. Forward Kon Knueppel suffered a left hamstring strain and will be reevaluated in four weeks, ruling him out against the Cleveland Cavaliers on November 9. Guard Dennis Schroder also sustained a left hamstring strain and will be reevaluated in two weeks, further depleting the team's backcourt.
In addition to Knueppel and Schroder, forward Brandon Miller will miss the Cavaliers matchup after suffering a hip strain against the Boston Celtics. With several key contributors sidelined, the Hornets will rely on returning guard Coby White alongside Naz Reid and Grayson Allen to maintain competitive play.
