Trae Young takes a shot at his former team Hawks

Washington Wizards point guard Trae Young criticized the supporting cast from his time with the Atlanta Hawks during an appearance on Michael Porter Jr.'s "Curious Mike" podcast. Young stated that he was unsure if he ever had a teammate in Atlanta who could draw a double team, though he noted he still had many great teammates.

Young played for the Hawks from 2018 to 2026 before being traded to the Wizards earlier this year. During his tenure in Atlanta, the four-time All-Star reached the Eastern Conference Finals in 2021 and played alongside All-Stars including Dejounte Murray and Jalen Johnson.
