Robbie Ure: From leaving Rangers to La Liga – Scotland is next step for striker

Former Rangers striker Robbie Ure is aiming to earn his first senior cap for Scotland against Slovenia in the Nations League. The 22-year-old forward recently completed a £5.5m transfer with £2.5m in add-ons from Swedish club IK Sirius to Sevilla, where he has already made seven appearances.

Manager Sebastien Pocognoli named Ure in the squad following injuries to Che Adams, Lawrence Shankland, and Ross Stewart, alongside the absence of Lyndon Dykes and George Hirst. Ure enters international contention after playing 90 minutes in Sevilla's recent 3-1 La Liga defeat against Barcelona.
