Entering play on Wednesday, Alonso led the American League with 108 RBI while also accumulating 40 home runs, 94 runs, and an .869 OPS. His award-winning campaign comes after he joined Baltimore on a five-year, $155 million contract last winter, having played in a Major League-leading 157 games so far.
