Kade Anderson named finalist for MiLB Pitching Prospect of the Year honors

Kade Anderson, Anthony Eyanson, and Joseph Dzierwa have been named the three finalists for the 2026 MiLB Pitching Prospect of the Year award. MLB Network will announce the winner on September 28 during the fourth annual MiLB Awards Show. The finalists were determined by MLB Pipeline staff based entirely on performance in the Minor Leagues during the 2026 season.

Anderson, drafted third overall by the Seattle Mariners in 2025, recorded a 1.06 ERA and 135 strikeouts across 93 1/3 Double-A innings before earning a promotion to Major League Baseball. Dzierwa, an Orioles second-round draft pick out of Michigan State, achieved a 9-2 record with a 2.27 ERA across 26 combined appearances at High-A and Double-A.
