On the field, Dunne's alma mater LSU defeated Texas A&M by a score of 35-6. Tigers quarterback Sam Leavitt threw for 312 yards and two touchdowns, while backup quarterback Landen Clark added two rushing scores as the LSU defense held Texas A&M to 197 total yards.
