Chelsea now battling four Prem rivals for Lamine Camara as January transfer tussle explodes

Chelsea remain interested in signing Monaco midfielder Lamine Camara in January following the collapse of a proposed deadline-day transfer. A previously agreed permanent deal worth £47 million fell through when the Ligue 1 club pulled the plug late in the summer window. Chelsea have continued scouting the 22-year-old Senegal international, but now face competition from four other Premier League teams.

According to reports, Liverpool, Crystal Palace, Brighton, and Newcastle United are also monitoring Camara ahead of the winter transfer window.
