Reece Topley is going back in time to create a fresh look for cricket

England fast bowler Reece Topley has launched Hollywood Cricket, a lifestyle and fashion brand influenced by the historical roots of cricket on the American west coast. Topley initially traveled to Los Angeles nearly a decade ago to avoid English winters, utilizing practice nets at the Van Nuys cricket field managed by Rodney Cutting.
While participating in recreational soccer matches with individuals from the entertainment industry, Topley conceived the concept after organizing a pick-up cricket match with the group. Topley described the venture as a personal tribute to the sport, drawing inspiration from Sir Charles Aubrey Smith's introduction of cricket to Hollywood nearly a century ago.
