Raichandani 240 sets up innings win for India U-19

India Under-19 defeated Australia Under-19 by an innings and 48 runs inside three days in the first Youth Test in Rajkot. After Australia posted 217 in their first innings, India responded with a commanding total of 494. Australia were then bowled out for 229 in their second innings, with Ishan Om and Yashbardhan Chauhan sharing all ten dismissals.

Lakshya Raichandani led the Indian batting effort with 240, while Mohit Ulva contributed 92 in a 180-run ninth-wicket partnership. For Australia, Blake Cattle struck his second century of the match with 123 runs off 114 balls, but Chauhan's 6-75 and Om's 4-62 secured the comprehensive victory for the hosts.
