“Looks like his season is over”: Man United academy star suffers devastating injury setback on loan

Manchester United academy midfielder Jack Moorhouse is facing a season-ending setback after suffering an ACL injury while on loan at Dundee. Dundee manager Steven Pressley confirmed the diagnosis following a scan in Manchester after an innocuous challenge during a bounce game. The 20-year-old midfielder has returned to Manchester United for treatment.

Moorhouse had joined Dundee on a season-long loan earlier in September and made two appearances for the Scottish club. His injury marks Dundee's third ACL rupture within seven weeks, following identical setbacks suffered by teammates Simon Murray and Fin Robertson.
