Eagles Sign CB Kenny Moore From Practice Squad

The Philadelphia Eagles have promoted veteran cornerback Kenny Moore from their practice squad to the active roster. The 31-year-old previously agreed to a deal worth up to $3 million with Philadelphia and is expected to make his team debut in Week 4 against the Los Angeles Rams. The promotion prevents other interested teams from poaching Moore, who preferred to remain with the Eagles.

Moore spent his entire active career with the Indianapolis Colts after joining them as a waiver claim in 2017 before being released in May. His addition provides defensive coordinator Vic Fangio with greater secondary flexibility and could alter Cooper DeJean's slot and safety usage.
