The legendary defence coach is working with England Women after leaving France earlier this year

Shaun Edwards has dismissed allegations that he lacked focus and commitment during his final season with France as "absolute nonsense." The former Wales and France defence coach left the French national team over the summer and has since joined the England Women coaching staff as a consultant for their WXV Global Series campaign, while insisting there are no bad feelings toward head coach Fabien Galthie.
Edwards also revealed he has held discussions with the Rugby Football Union regarding future opportunities in the men's game. While he noted that Steve Borthwick's coaching staff is currently settled, the 59-year-old expressed a strong ambition to win the Six Nations with a third country.
