It is the biggest update package seen on the W17s of George Russell and Kimi Antonelli since the Canadian GP in May.

Mercedes has introduced a major upgrade package featuring seven updated components on its W17 cars ahead of the race at the Sepang International Circuit. The package marks the team's most significant array of updates in over four months as it looks to solidify its championship lead.
The modifications focus primarily on a heavily revised floor alongside rear suspension updates and optimized brake drum winglets. Championship leader Kimi Antonelli currently holds a 66-point lead over teammate George Russell, while Mercedes leads Ferrari by 160 points in the constructors' standings.
