Club legends reunite at Braehead Arena for the return of Scottish football’s much-loved indoor tournament

The Tennent's Sixes indoor football tournament is returning after a 33-year absence, taking place this weekend at Braehead Arena in Glasgow. All 12 Scottish Premiership sides will be represented by squads of up to nine retired club legends. Broadcast by Premier Sports across Saturday and Sunday, the revival will feature stars including Christophe Berra, Lee Miller, Tom Boyd, Ian Durrant, and Scott Allan competing in a fast-paced six-a-side knockout format.
Street Soccer Scotland is serving as the official charity partner for the returning tournament. Partick Thistle won the last iteration of the competition in 1993, defeating Airdrieonians 4-3, but will not defend their title because the 2026 event features only top-flight Scottish Premiership clubs.
