Rangers loanee Thelo Aasgaard featured in Norway's 2-1 loss to Wales on Thursday. The Bears made the controversial decision to send the attacker on loan to Ande

Rangers loanee Thelo Aasgaard received heavy criticism from the Norwegian media following his performance in Norway's 2-1 defeat against Wales. Playing 45 minutes as a second-half substitute, the 24-year-old failed to create any chances, completed just six passes, and recorded zero percent shot and crossing accuracy. Outlets including Dagbladet, NRK, and Nettavisen handed him ratings between 4/10 and 5/10 for his underwhelming display.
Writer Jacob Raw notes that Aasgaard was loaned to Belgian club Anderlecht after falling out of favor in Derek McInnes' 4-4-2 setup at Ibrox. Anderlecht reportedly hold a £6 million buy option, but the attacker has yet to register a goal contribution in three appearances this season.
