Tottenham legend Heung-min Son reveals dream job outside of football after MCU cameo

Former Tottenham Hotspur forward Heung-min Son revealed that he might have pursued a career in the NFL, acting, or golf if he had not become a professional footballer. Speaking on the thelaterunshow, the 34-year-old Los Angeles FC player joked that he could have been an American football wide receiver before also highlighting acting and golf as potential alternative interests.

Son, who left Tottenham in 2025 after winning the Europa League, has previously made brief appearances on screen, including a poster cameo in Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse and match footage in Marvel's Black Widow. His former Spurs teammate Harry Kane has also previously expressed interest in potentially pursuing an NFL kicking career in the future.
