Johnny Walker made a victorious heavyweight debut by knocking out Mick Parkin during the early preliminary card of UFC 332 in Salt Lake City, Utah. The former light heavyweight contender stopped Parkin, who is known as a sparring partner of Tom Aspinall, with a decisive knee to the chin after engaging in a clinch battle.
Parkin was knocked unconscious before hitting the canvas, after which Walker celebrated his victory with his signature 'The Worm' dance. In his post-fight Octagon interview with Joe Rogan, Walker explained that cutting down to light heavyweight had previously drained him, stating he feels significantly stronger competing at heavyweight.
