Toorak Handicap shot for Welcometotheshow

Trainer Tyler Donaldson-Aitken is targeting the Group 1 Toorak Handicap at Caulfield for Welcometotheshow, marking the trainer's first runner at the top level. The four-year-old enters the 1600-meter feature following his maiden Stakes victory at Flemington on September 12, recently finishing sixth in an easy 1000-meter trial at Caulfield Heath under jockey Craig Newitt.

Donaldson-Aitken expects the horse to carry the minimum weight of 52 kilograms due to his 98 rating. Following the Toorak Handicap, the stable plans to step Welcometotheshow up in distance for the Five Diamonds Prelude on October 24 and the Five Diamonds on November 7 at Randwick.
