Orioles pitching prospect Patrick Reilly has a real chance to get back on the map in AFL

Baltimore Orioles pitching prospect Patrick Reilly has an opportunity to re-establish his status through his assignment to the Arizona Fall League. Playing for the Peoria Javelinas alongside other Baltimore prospects, Reilly is looking to build momentum after missing most of the 2025 season following Tommy John surgery.

During his 2026 comeback across three minor league levels, Reilly posted 70 strikeouts over 53 innings. Matthew Swigonski of Birds Watcher highlights that Reilly showed significant improvement in his command during September at Double-A Chesapeake, which could position him as an option for Baltimore's rotation by 2027.
