The striker appeared as a second half substitute in Czechia's 3-1 loss to Spain on Saturday

Rangers striker Ryan Naderi described his international debut for Czechia as a "fairytale" despite having a goal controversially disallowed in a 3-1 defeat to Spain. The 23-year-old came on as a second-half substitute and capitalized on an error by goalkeeper David Raya, but the referee ruled out the equalizer for a foul on the edge of the box.
Naderi, who was born in Germany and sought out by Czech legend Pavel Nedved, qualified to play through his parents. Following his debut, the forward expressed hope to earn a starting spot when Czechia faces England at Wembley on Tuesday in the Nations League.
