The Golden Knights used a three-goal second period to defeat the Vancouver Canucks on Sunday to start their first road trip of the year.

The Vegas Golden Knights opened their first road trip of the season with a 3-2 victory over the Vancouver Canucks on Sunday at Rogers Arena. Vegas secured the win thanks to a three-goal surge during the second period, extending their winning streak against Vancouver to eight games.
Mitch Marner, Victor Olofsson, and Marc Gatcomb scored for the Golden Knights, while goaltender Adin Hill made 17 saves in his first start of the season. Paul Cotter and Jonathan Lekkerimaki provided the goals for the Canucks, and goaltender Kevin Lankinen finished the night with 25 saves.
