Jameis Winston expressed growing confidence after throwing three touchdowns to lead the New York Giants to a 36-24 victory against the Arizona Cardinals. Starting in place of the injured Jaxson Dart, Winston completed 18 of 29 passes for 250 yards, three touchdowns, and two interceptions as the Giants improved to 3-1.
Winston connected on touchdown passes to Malachi Fields, Malik Nabers, and Theo Johnson, while Deonte Banks sealed the win with a 98-yard interception return for a touchdown. Newly acquired quarterback J.J. McCarthy was in uniform but did not play, and head coach John Harbaugh confirmed he was only available for specific packages.
