Wolves Women players Olivia Francis and Chloe Williams have been called up to the Wales senior squad for their upcoming FIFA Women's World Cup 2027 qualifiers play-off. Wales will compete against Albania in a two-legged tie, travelling away on Friday, October 9, before hosting the return fixture on Tuesday, October 13 in Llanelli.
Francis is seeking her senior international debut after receiving her sixth call-up, while Williams returns to the squad for the first time since earning her first cap in 2022. Additionally, Wolves goalkeeper Cadi Doran was selected for Wales' inaugural under-23 training camp.
