Florida Panthers Get their First Look at Retooled LA Kings

The Florida Panthers visit Crypto Arena on Tuesday to face a retooled Los Angeles Kings squad in their fourth game of the season. Florida enters the matchup missing key players Sasha Barkov and Aaron Ekblad, while managing lineup adjustments outlined by head coach Paul Maurice. Despite dropping consecutive overtime contests, the Panthers have earned four points across their first three road games.

Los Angeles showcases a revamped roster following the retirement of longtime captain Anze Kopitar after 20 seasons. Under new head coach Peter Laviolette, the Kings feature a top line of Artemi Panarin, Quinton Byfield, and Adrian Kempe, alongside veteran additions Mats Zuccarello and Corey Perry. Ranked as the NHL's oldest team at an average age of 31.3 years, the Kings seek to improve an offense that averaged just 2.68 goals per game last season.
