The one where the New York Mets season ends with a single-game strikeout record.

On October 6, 1991, David Cone tied the New York Mets franchise record by striking out 19 batters in a 7-0 season finale victory against the Philadelphia Phillies. Pitching a complete game, Cone matched Tom Seaver's 1970 franchise record to end an otherwise disappointing season.
Cone allowed just one walk and scattered hits, striking out batters across nearly every frame until Dale Murphy grounded out to conclude the contest. Writer Tim Boyle notes the performance was Cone's final season-ending appearance before being traded the following August.
