Arsenal legend David Seaman revealed that former Tottenham Hotspur manager Harry Redknapp previously offered him a coaching role, which he immediately rejected. Speaking on the Rip and Reveal podcast, the former England goalkeeper explained that his allegiance to Arsenal made joining their north London rivals impossible.
Seaman previously declined a coaching position offered by Arsene Wenger to extend his playing career at Manchester City. He also mentioned drawing interest from Chelsea through Petr Cech, before ultimately returning to occasionally coach Arsenal's young goalkeepers.
