MLB Pipeline has announced the top hitting and pitching Prospects of the Year across each Major League Baseball organization for the 2026 season. Qualifications required players to rank on their club's Top 30 Prospects list at some point during the year, with nearly half of the honorees ranking among MLB's overall Top 100 prospects.

The selections follow the overall Minor League awards, where Brewers corner infielder Andrew Fischer earned hitting honors after hitting 48 home runs and Mariners left-hander Kade Anderson took pitching honors with a 1.06 ERA. Several players repeated as organizational winners, including Caleb Bonemer, Theo Gillen, and Jacob Bresnahan.
