Patriots quarterback and newly crowned AFC player of the week Drake Maye said this week that he's “a little bit skeptical” that humans landed on the moon.

New England Patriots quarterback Drake Maye revealed he is "a little bit skeptical" about whether humans have ever landed on the moon. Speaking on Boston's WEEI-FM on Monday after being asked about conspiracy theories, Maye stated he was not completely sure if the landings occurred. He mentioned that he had previously taken a class focused on conspiracy theories during his collegiate career at North Carolina.
Maye's comments follow a standout performance in New England's 29-26 victory over the Buffalo Bills, where he threw three touchdown passes and earned AFC Offensive Player of the Week honors. Several other notable athletes, including Stephen Curry, Danica Patrick, Derrick White, and Bryson DeChambeau, have previously voiced similar skepticism or questions regarding moon landings.
