In partnership with Easterseals, the long running program kicked off for another year as they hosted Blitz in El Segundo

The Los Angeles Chargers officially unveiled the newest dog in the Chargers Pup program, announcing the name 'Blitz' after a fan vote. Blitz was welcomed at The Bolt in El Segundo by several Chargers players, including Tre' Harris, Akheem Mesidor, and Genesis Smith. The initiative marks the sixth year of the program, organized in partnership with Easterseals and Paws For Life K9 Rescue.
Unlike previous years when service dogs were raised for military veterans, Blitz is being trained specifically to assist an individual with autism who utilizes Easterseals disability services. Fans can follow Blitz's training journey on Instagram as he prepares to graduate and become a service companion.
