Dinamo Bucharest sports director Cosmin Mihalescu has revealed that Scottish winger Danny Armstrong is on course to trigger an automatic one-year contract extension. The 28-year-old former Kilmarnock player joined the Romanian club last year on a contract running through the end of the current season.
Armstrong is Dinamo's top scorer with four goals and eight assists in ten appearances, helping the team reach the top of the Romanian League as they pursue their first title in 20 years. His contract extension will be activated once he reaches an agreed appearance threshold.
