Takeaways from Dodgers vs. Brewers regular season games

The Los Angeles Dodgers and Milwaukee Brewers face each other in the best-of-seven NLCS starting Sunday in Milwaukee. During the 2026 regular season, the Brewers won four of the seven meetings between the clubs, though the Dodgers narrowly outscored them 27-25 overall. Offense was generally hard to come by for both sides, with Los Angeles batting .188 and Milwaukee batting .228 across the matchups.

Key starting pitchers proved highly effective during the regular season series, including Yoshinobu Yamamoto, Logan Henderson, Jacob Misiorowski, and Tarik Skubal. The Dodgers are expected to expand their roster to 13 pitchers for the NLCS, considering options like Justin Wrobleski, Emmet Sheehan, or left-handed reliever Jack Dreyer to counter Milwaukee's heavy left-handed hitting lineup.
