Leinster closed out their first win of the new United Rugby Championship season as they beat Cardiff 29-5 on their return to the Laya Arena in Dublin.

Leinster head coach Leo Cullen praised fly-half Sam Prendergast following Leinster's 29-5 bonus-point victory over Cardiff at the Laya Arena in Dublin. Prendergast had a direct hand in several tries and added two conversions, prompting Cullen to commend his positive mindset and steady development in managing the demanding fly-half position as Leinster claimed their first United Rugby Championship win of the season.
Leinster scored five tries through Hugo Keenan, Jimmy O'Brien twice, Jack Conan, and Jamie Osborne, while Mason Grady scored Cardiff's lone try. Cullen acknowledged that Leinster's cohesion remains a work in progress after fielding 40 players across their opening three rounds.
