Humphrey Ker says he will always have a connection with Wrexham after reflecting on an "incredible" six-year journey that helped transform the club's fortunes.
Humphrey Ker has officially stepped down from his role on the Wrexham AFC board after six years with the club. Ker played a pivotal role in guiding co-chairmen Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds toward purchasing the club in February 2021. He confirmed his departure while expressing gratitude for his time at the club and stating he will remain a passionate supporter from afar.
During Ker's tenure, Wrexham achieved three consecutive promotions under manager Phil Parkinson, rising from the National League to the Championship. Ker praised Parkinson, the coaching staff, and the players for the club's achievements, adding that McElhenney and Reynolds remain fully committed to Wrexham's long-term goal of reaching the Premier League.
