El Clasico Legends In Kolkata: Barca and Real icons set for Salt Lake clash on Nov 25

Barcelona Legends and Real Madrid Legends will face each other in an exhibition match at Kolkata's Salt Lake Stadium on November 25. West Bengal sports minister Indranil Khan announced the fixture, marking the second time the two sides have played in India following a previous clash in Mumbai. Although official squads remain unconfirmed, Luis Figo, Carles Puyol, and Iker Casillas are reportedly expected to participate.

The contest represents Barcelona's first visit to Kolkata since September 2018, when they defeated Mohun Bagan 6-0. The historic venue has previously hosted prominent football events, including appearances by Lionel Messi with Argentina in 2011 and friendlies featuring Brazil and Uruguay.
