Zach Hyman is set to make his return for the Edmonton Oilers on Saturday against the Utah Mammoth, having missed six games due to a lingering preseason issue. In addition, Colton Dach and Jake Walman are reportedly very likely to play, while Ryan Nugent-Hopkins is on track to return late next week against either Carolina or Toronto.
Dach's activation from injured reserve will require a corresponding roster move, potentially involving placing Jason Dickinson on injured reserve. Head coach Mike Babcock confirmed that Dickinson's current absence is not related to his ankle, and also announced that Tristan Jarry will start in goal on Saturday.
