The 49ers remain undefeated at 5-0 and dominate Week 6 NFL power rankings after beating the Seahawks, with multiple outlets calling them the NFL's best team.
The San Francisco 49ers hold the No. 1 spot across nearly all major national media outlets in Week 6 power rankings following an undefeated 5-0 start. Outlets including ESPN, CBS Sports, NFL.com, The Athletic, and Fox Sports ranked San Francisco first in the league after their latest 32-29 road victory over NFC West rivals the Seattle Seahawks.
Media analysts highlighted the team's strong defensive play under coordinator Raheem Morris, despite linebacker Dre Greenlaw receiving a one-game suspension following an ejection in Seattle. Pundits also praised wide receiver Mike Evans, who posted 113 yards and a touchdown, while noting an injury concern for Deebo Samuel Sr. ahead of San Francisco's matchup against the Washington Commanders.
