Bayern Munich board member for sport Max Eberl has confirmed that Jamal Musiala will miss Wednesday's UEFA Champions League clash against Arsenal FC. Speaking after Bayern's 6-1 victory over RB Leipzig, Eberl noted that the attacker will not be ready in time and will instead be slowly eased back into action later in October.
Musiala suffered a torn muscle fiber while playing for the German national team in September and has already missed Bayern's last three fixtures. Additionally, winger Michael Olise will miss the Champions League match due to a suspension picked up against Viking FK.
