Kleindienst is one of several players who will be watching on from the stands as the Foals look to find some sort of kickstart to their season against Hoffenheim…

Borussia Mönchengladbach striker Tim Kleindienst will miss Sunday's match against TSG Hoffenheim as the club's injury concerns mount. Head coach Alexander Blessin confirmed that Kleindienst remains unavailable alongside Jan Leszczynski and Fritz Fleck. Leszczynski is dealing with knee problems, while Fleck sustained a severe strain.
The upcoming fixture also comes too soon for Franck Honorat and Ko Itakura. However, Nicolas Kühn could return following a torn thigh muscle, while Jens Castrop and Enzo Leopold remain longer-term absentees.
