Deniz Undav insists it mattered little to him that he failed to end his goal drought on Saturday, emphasising that the most important thing was Stuttgart's win against Bayer Leverkusen.

Deniz Undav stated he remains unconcerned about his Bundesliga goal drought following VfB Stuttgart's 4-2 win against Bayer Leverkusen on Saturday. The Stuttgart captain provided an assist during the match but has yet to score a league goal this season. Speaking after the match, Undav emphasized that securing three points was the team's top priority amid a difficult run of form.
Undav has scored two goals across all competitions this season, most recently scoring the winner in Wednesday's 1-0 DFB-Pokal victory over SC Paderborn. The 30-year-old expressed confidence that his league goals will return naturally once Stuttgart continues to perform well.
